How to change and customize call reject messages on the samsung galaxy note 5
Tap the Call App.
Click More in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Select Settings from the drop down menu.
Click Call Blocking.
Select Call-reject messages.
Here you can add or reject the default call rejection messages.
